The Hunter Valley is one of Australia's most celebrated wine producing regions. There are over 150 unique Hunter Valley wineries and much of the countryside is under vine, providing stunning vistas. Today is all about indulging in local wine and fresh produce surrounded by the beautiful Australian countryside.

We've selected three excellent cellar doors where you'll be led through a private group tasting of several varietals of wine including the two varieties that the Hunter is famous for - Semillon and Shiraz. Buying a bottle to enjoy later is definitely high on our guest's priorities!

High on everyone's list when they visit the Hunter valley is a visit to the Hunter Distillery. Locally owned and operated, they produce an exceptional range of top shelf spirits, including Vodkas, Liqueurs, Schnapps and an award-winning distilled Gin.

For lunch - depending on your tour choice of a one course or a two-course lunch - we have two different restaurants both located in beautiful surroundings. Your lunch is accompanied by a glass of wine or beer.

During the day you'll also taste local cheese and chocolate, take some time for photos before making our way back to Sydney.
